Job Openings at Fila

As a church, we are living in a beautiful season — our congregation is growing.
Fila’s vision is to be a disciple-making church for the city, and we are witnessing how God is at work, drawing people to Himself.

Jesus says in Luke 10:2: “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

Fila’s Board has decided to invest specifically in hiring new staff members. In addition to new hires, there will be some staff changes as Pilvi Portela goes on maternity leave. During October, we will therefore be hiring additional staff as well as a maternity leave substitute.

We are opening several positions:

  • Administrative Assistant, part-time, permanent position
  • Church Pastor, part-time or full-time, fixed-term (substitute)
  • Church Worker/Pastor, part-time or full-time — 2 to 4 positions available

See the detailed job descriptions below.

The work involves using various digital tools and databases. Useful skills include website maintenance, proficiency in Excel and Google Drive, and managing the church’s digital membership system.

Working hours: approximately 2–2.5 days per week, primarily on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Some evening and weekend work may occur. Most of the work takes place at the church premises.

Earliest start date: Tuesday, November 4.
