Church WKND – Brave
Living as a disciple of Jesus requires courage. Brave, the theme of this fall’s Church WKND, challenges us to embark on a radical and life-changing journey. During the weekend, we’ll talk about the courage that comes from faith in God, bringing God’s kingdom into the lives of people around us, and how we can choose to build our lives in a way that makes a real difference in the world. Church WKND is a time for our whole church family to come together, encounter one another and God, and hear about the focus for the upcoming fall.
For whom?
Church WKND is a weekend for the whole church. If you are new to Fila, Church WKND is a great opportunity to get to know our church better and join in. Whether you’re new or have been with us for a long time, you’re warmly welcome. Our Kids team has also prepared a special program for the youngest ones—so bring the whole family!
Fila Kids
On Saturday, all school-aged children (6–12 years old) will have a fun trip to Superpark, led by the Fila Kids team. Please make sure your child brings a water bottle and comfortable clothes for moving around. In the park, kids can wear indoor shoes or socks. If you as a parent would like to join the trip as a helper, please contact Sonja Rainamaa at +358 44 976 4392.
The cost for children on Saturday is €19, (actual price €46 which includes bus transportation, the Superpark ticket, and snacks.) Payment is made at Fila on Saturday morning upon registration, either by card or MobilePay.
On Sunday at 5 PM, during the service, there will be a program for all kids led by the Fila Kids team as usual.
