Life School
At Fila we have a desire and vision to see people flourish and be healthy holistically in all walks of life. This is how the Life School -project started, which we got to start building together with Houm Church.
Life school is a 6 month long life coaching course, which will offer a similar type of support that you’d get from therapy visits. It will give the participants the foundations of understanding life from psychological point of view, giving tools to sustainable and solution focused growth and change.
Life School consists of 10 sessions throughout the upcoming spring. Two of the session will take place in Tampere, one in Helsinki and the rest seven sessions will be online. In each session we will be joined by professionals from different fields, such as psychology, individual growth and development. They will be teaching us about the core themes, which will support living a holistically healthy life. In addition to the main gatherings, each participant will be a part of a small group, which will be led by our trained Life School coaches. In this group you will have the opportunity for deeper thinking and applying these new concepts into your daily living. We believe that Life School will have a lot to offer for us in this season!
