Life Weekend is our church’s spring weekend, gathering us all together to see what a flourishing life as a follower of Jesus can look like. During the weekend, we pause to reflect on the kind of life Jesus calls us to; not just to survive, but a life marked by meaning, growth, and the presence of God in everyday life. Fila’s theme for the year, “Greater Things,” encourages us to trust that God wants to do more in us and through us than we could imagine. Through teaching, worship, prayer, and shared conversations, we are invited to lift our eyes, broaden our vision, and take steps toward a life filled with God’s purpose and power.
Life Weekend is for the whole family! On Friday, the children’s spaces are open for free use, and on Saturday, Fila Kids will provide childcare during the sessions.
Alpha Course 2026
Welcome to Alpha Course!
Are you pondering the big questions of life, or would you like to learn more about what Christianity and faith are all about?
Alpha is a place where you can ask questions, reflect openly, and have conversations about topics related to life, its meaning, and faith. Each session includes a shared meal, a teaching video, and small group discussions based on the video.
The course is completely free of charge.
The course starts on February 23 and runs for 11 weeks. We meet on Mondays from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Fila café, located at Albertinkatu 31.
